Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every Oracle of Shadow & Bone session is individually prepared. Time is reserved specifically for each client, and preparation may begin before the live session takes place. For that reason, reservation policies exist to protect both the client and the practitioner while allowing flexibility whenever reasonably possible.

A confirmed session may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation requests should be sent by email to contact@oracleofshadowandbone.com. The time of receipt of the email determines the cancellation time.

If a cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the confirmed appointment, the reservation is generally non-refundable. However, exceptional circumstances may always be considered individually at the practitioner's discretion.

Clients who need to change their appointment should contact Oracle of Shadow & Bone by email. Appointments are rescheduled manually rather than through an automated calendar in order to preserve the personal nature of the work. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible.

In the unlikely event that Oracle of Shadow & Bone needs to reschedule a confirmed appointment, the client will be offered either a new mutually agreed appointment time, or a full refund.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider and the client's bank, refunds may take several business days before appearing in the client's account.

Oracle Pattern Readings are personalised professional services. Preparation may begin before the live session. This policy is intended to provide clarity while respecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws grant additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
