Terms of Service

All readings and sessions are offered for self-reflection, recognition, and personal insight. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for professional care.

A session is reserved once payment is received. Currency is EUR; other currencies shown are approximate.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start time. Late cancellations are non-refundable, but a one-time reschedule may be offered at the Oracle's discretion.

What is shared in a session remains confidential. Anonymized testimonials are only published with explicit consent.

Sessions are conducted in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
The Oracle of Shadow & Bone reserves the right to decline, postpone, reschedule, or end any session where abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour occurs.
If a session is ended for these reasons, any refund will be considered at the sole discretion of The Oracle of Shadow & Bone.

All Oracle Pattern Readings, written reports, educational material, website content, branding, artwork, graphics, visual identity, and the Oracle of Shadow & Bone methodology remain the intellectual property of The Oracle of Shadow & Bone unless otherwise stated.
No part of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable EU or local consumer protection legislation.
